Meditation in the Park

    Meditation in the Park
    Saturday, August 29th, 2026
    1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. MST
    In-Person at Providence Renewal Centre

Take a break from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a peaceful afternoon of meditation surrounded by the beauty of nature.

On Saturday, August 29, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., Gaden Samten Ling invites you to Meditation in the Park at Providence Renewal Centre.

Guided by Kushok Lobsang Dhamchöe, this special gathering offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and experience the calming benefits of meditation in a serene outdoor setting (weather permitted)

Whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice, this event is designed to be welcoming and accessible to everyone. Together, we'll explore simple meditation techniques that help cultivate greater peace, clarity, and compassion, followed by time for quiet reflection and questions.

Come as you are, breathe deeply, and enjoy an afternoon of mindfulness, connection, and renewal in nature.

We look forward to sharing this peaceful experience with you.
