Meditation Course – The Art of Mindful Living:
Quieting the mind and cultivating peace
Wednesdays, January 27 – March 10, 2021 (7 weeks)
7-8:30 p.m. MST
Spiritual Director Kushok Lobsang Dhamchoe welcomes new and returning students to join him for a new 7-week online meditation course, The Art of Mindful Living: Quieting the Mind and Cultivating Peace, beginning Wednesday, January 27th, 7-8:30 pm.
Everyone can benefit from the practice of mindfulness in everyday life. Particularly in our Western society, the demands and stresses of daily life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, scattered, and emotionally unsettled. For many, the challenges caused by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic have intensified these feelings. By studying the techniques of mindfulness and applying them in our daily life, we can learn to stabilize our mind, regulate our emotion, and cultivate the sense of inner peace we all desire.
Please don’t miss out on this precious opportunity to learn the basics of mindfulness practice and the practical techniques needed to apply it in your daily life.
- Wednesdays, January 27 – March 10, 2021 (7 weeks)
- 7:00 – 8:30 pm
- Online via Zoom (Zoom links will be emailed out by 6pm the day prior to each class)
