Spiritual Director Kushok Lobsang Dhamchöe welcomes new and returning students to join him for a new 4-week Buddhist philosophy course, The 16 Aspects of Impermanence, beginning Tuesday, September 6, 2022.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In hopes of expanding our understanding of the Medium Scope and The Four Noble Truths, our Spiritual Director would like to teach and provide commentary on The Sixteen Aspects of Impermanence. This topic is not explained in the Lam Rim but was taught by Buddha Shakyamuni at Varanasi at the same time as The Four Noble Truths.  The Sixteen Aspects of Impermanence lay out in detail our incorrect views about reality and provide antidotes to be used in analytical meditation so that we may slowly develop a clear and unshakable conclusion about the way in which things exist.

INVESTMENT:

The course fee is $45 CAD.

It is Gaden Samten Ling’s policy that no one should be turned away due to lack of funds. If you feel you would benefit from this course but are unable to register for financial reasons, please contact Gillian at [email protected].
