We would like to let you know that the Board of Directors and committee members have been working closely with Kushok to find the best way we can respond to the needs of our members and friends. As we all know, the COVID-19 situation is impacting us all, including how we continue to provide our programming.
After careful consideration, we have decided that the most appropriate way to respond is to continue our programming through video conferencing. As per Alberta Health Services recommendations, our centre is closed to in-person attendance. Kushok will continue to provide courses as scheduled on our updated web site calendar using on-line tools. Please continue to check the web site regularly for updates.
For those already registered in Building Happiness in our Daily Life and Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand: The Small Scope, these courses will be completed on the following dates, via video conferencing:

We would also like to bring to your attention that Kushok will be offering new courses on-line beginning in April, 2020. The theme of these courses will be how to “transform adversity into favour or a friend.” Please check your email and our web site regularly for more information and to register.
Kushok would like to advise members and friends of Gaden Samten Ling to take care of themselves on both a spiritual and physical level. As always, he recommends we practice wisdom and compassion, and that we do not panic. He notes that worry and fear are not helpful. Instead we simply need to be careful, stay calm and be mindful.
May peace prevail in this world. May we all enjoy good health and good fortune.
