Now more than ever, there is a need for compassion and loving kindness in our families, our workplace, and our society. Please don’t miss out on this opportunity to train your mind and soften your heart under the careful guidance of our precious teacher.

This one day retreat combines Kushok’s valuable philosophical instruction as well as an opportunity to study, contemplate, meditate, and ask questions .  You can access this retreat from the comfort of your home via Zoom.

As Dromtoenpa, the King of Dharma, said:

When I study, I increase my contemplation and meditation.

When I contemplate, I increase my study and meditation.

When I meditate, I increase my study and contemplation.

I know how to gather them as the one foundation,

And take the Dharma as my path.
