Healing Visualizations: Meditating on the Tibetan Chakras
Every Wednesday, June 1 – 15, 2022 (3 weeks)
7:00 – 8:30 PM MDT
In-Person and via Zoom
Spiritual Director Kushok Lobsang Dhamchöe welcomes new and returning students to join him for a 3 week meditation course, beginning Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 7:00 PM.
Many spiritual practitioners are familiar with the chakras, which are the energy centres of the energetic body. Tibetan Buddhism has its own perspective of the chakras, which differs from the Hindu system that most people are familiar with today.
In this exciting new course, Kushok will describe the main chakras that Tibetan Buddhist practitioners work with, and explain the application of different techniques for visualizing and meditating on the chakras. Students will experience different guided meditations, and learn new visualizations. These practices can help to promote healing in the mind and body, as well as provide a new way of deepening one’s spiritual practice.
Take this precious opportunity to learn about the Tibetan Chakras and the practical techniques needed to work with them in your meditation practice.
The course fee is $35 CAD.
