Via Zoom Livestream

Spiritual Director Kushok Lobsang Dhamchöe welcomes new and returning students to join him for a new 7-week online meditation course, Calming the Storm: Cultivating Inner Peace Through Mindfulness Practice, beginning Wednesday, March 31st, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM MST.

All of us can benefit from the practice of mindfulness. Sometimes the demands and stresses of daily life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, scattered, and emotionally unsettled. For many, the challenges caused by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic have only intensified these feelings. By studying the techniques of mindfulness and applying them in our daily life, we can learn to stabilize our mind, regulate our emotion, and cultivate the sense of inner peace we all desire.

Please don’t miss out on this precious opportunity to learn the basics of mindfulness practice and the practical techniques needed to apply it in your daily life.

Currently the course will only be offered virtually until such time as we are able to safely open the centre for regular classes. It is our intention, even once we are able to open the centre, to continue offering Zoom classes as an option to those who are unable to attend in person.

No pre-requisite is required. Everyone is welcome.
