Spiritual Director Kushok Lobsang Dhamchoe is very pleased to announce a new 3-week Children’s Meditation course, Calm Mind, Open Heart: Mindfulness for Tweens (8-12 years), beginning Thursday May 12th.

Our Children’s Meditation Program teaches basic meditation techniques, with a focus on the cultivation of a loving and kind attitude. Children will explore the meaning of happiness and create their own feelings of peace and contentment through mindfulness meditation.

While children participate in mindfulness practices and activities downstairs, parents/ guardians are invited to join Kushok in the shrine room for meditation instruction and practice, as well as advice on mindful parenting.

Please don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to equip both your child and yourself with these valuable wellness skills.
