Inquiring Hearts and Minds

Inquiring Hearts and Minds Dialogue Series

A three-part dialogue series creating space to reflect on compassion—what it is, how to live it, and how it can bring change in everyday life.

The Inquiring Hearts and Minds Dialogue Series seeks to explore the meaning and practice of compassion—for others and for ourselves. Through gentle meditation, reflective teaching, and open dialogue, we’ll dispel common myths,  build practical tools for staying grounded in difficult times, and reconnect with our capacity for care. Open to all—no prior experience with meditation or compassion-based practices is needed.
