Mindfulness meditation has a calming and centering effect when we are sitting on the cushion or in a meditation class. But how do we carry that same calm centered feeling into our everyday life? Doing exactly this is the key to finding greater happiness and peace of mind. Learn from Kushok how to apply the technique of mindfulness to your work, family life, relationships, household tasks, running errands, and all the other daily commitments you juggle.
Daily practice of meditation has been proven to help reduce stress, calm the mind, reduce chronic pain, improve emotional health, and also have a positive effect on many aspects of physical health. Establishing a daily practice helps you maintain a sense of peace no matter what challenges arise in your daily life.
